FaithPermit is a mobile + web app that helps employees and HR teams handle religious accommodation requests and conflicts with less chaos and fewer legal missteps. Employees can submit a structured request (schedule, dress/grooming, prayer space, holidays, dietary needs) and attach evidence. HR gets an intake dashboard with jurisdiction-aware checklists, deadlines, and a guided “interactive process” workflow that produces a clean audit trail. The app includes templated communications, policy snippets, and a risk heatmap that flags missing steps (not legal advice). An AI assistant can summarize long email threads, extract key facts, and draft neutral, respectful responses for review. The reality: most organizations don’t have consistent processes, and managers improvise—this tool standardizes the basics and reduces avoidable escalation.
