FaithRoster

FaithRoster is a web + mobile app for religious schools that centralizes the messy, high-stakes admin work most generic school tools ignore: faith-based conduct policies, chapel/service attendance, volunteer background checks, and parent communication. It replaces spreadsheets, paper sign-in sheets, and scattered emails with a single system that tracks student participation requirements, generates reports for leadership/boards, and automates reminders to families. It also includes a lightweight SIS-style directory (not a full SIS) so small schools can run without paying for bloated enterprise platforms. The product is intentionally narrow: it integrates with Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 and exports clean data to whatever SIS/accounting tool the school already uses. An optional AI assistant drafts parent messages, summarizes incident notes, and flags missing compliance items—but the core value works without AI.
