FarmTrace Livestock Monitor
FarmTrace is a web + mobile AI-powered platform that ingests data from existing livestock sensors (ear tags, GPS collars, weigh scales, cameras, and barn sensors) to flag health issues, escapes, and productivity problems before they become expensive disasters. Instead of pretty dashboards nobody checks, it focuses on ruthless, actionable alerts: which animals are likely sick, which pens are underfeeding, which locations show abnormal behavior, and where you’re bleeding money. It integrates with major farm management systems and hardware vendors so farmers aren’t forced to rip out what they already use. The app uses anomaly detection on movement, feeding, temperature, and weight trends to predict issues like mastitis, lameness, heat stress, or feed inefficiency. It also quantifies economic impact: estimated loss avoided if you act now versus doing nothing. This is not a cute pet app; it’s built for mid- to large-scale operations where a 1–2% improvement in mortality, feed conversion, or fertility means hundreds of thousands of dollars. It will be opinionated, blunt, and focused on ROI, not vanity metrics.
