FastProof
FastProof is a mobile app (with a lightweight web dashboard) that helps people stick to intermittent fasting by making adherence measurable and shareable without turning into a social circus. Users set their fasting window, then log “events” that typically break a fast (coffee additives, supplements, gum, late-night bites). The app pulls in optional evidence: receipt scans, barcode scans, and timestamped photos. It then generates a simple “fast integrity score” and a weekly report that highlights the top 3 behaviors that ended fasts early. A private accountability circle (2–5 people) can view streaks and summaries, but not your full food diary. An AI assistant flags likely fast-breakers from receipts/photos and suggests low-friction swaps (e.g., “switch to plain cold brew” or “move supplements to eating window”). It’s not a diet app—it’s a compliance tracker for fasting windows.
