FastRxCheck
FastRxCheck helps intermittent fasters avoid medication and supplement timing mistakes that can cause nausea, dizziness, low blood sugar, or reduced drug effectiveness. Users enter their fasting schedule (16:8, OMAD, etc.), meds/supplements (name, dose, time), and key conditions (diabetes, GERD, pregnancy, kidney issues). The app flags likely conflicts such as “take with food,” “avoid empty stomach,” stimulant stacking, dehydration risk, and electrolyte gaps. It then generates a simple, time-blocked plan that fits the eating window, with reminders and a printable share sheet for a clinician. This is not a diagnosis tool; it’s a practical safety layer for people mixing fasting with real-world prescriptions. Mobile app (iOS/Android) with optional web dashboard for exporting and clinician sharing. Combination traditional + AI (AI for label parsing and conflict explanations).
