FastTriage

FastTriage is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that helps intermittent fasters quickly diagnose why a fast is going badly and what to do next—without pretending to be medical care. Users log a few signals in under 60 seconds (sleep, stress, training, caffeine, electrolytes, symptoms, hunger level, mood). The app classifies the situation into practical “states” (e.g., dehydration/electrolytes, under-eating on refeed, overtraining, poor sleep debt, too aggressive window) and gives a conservative action plan: what to eat/drink, when to stop the fast, and how to adjust tomorrow’s window. It also tracks patterns across weeks to show the top 2–3 triggers that repeatedly cause crashes. The goal is fewer failed fasts, fewer headaches/dizziness episodes, and a safer, more sustainable routine. It’s not a generic timer; it’s a troubleshooting tool.
