FDI Pulse Room

FDI Pulse Room is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for investment promotion agencies, economic development boards, and site-selection consultants to qualify inbound “FDI interest” and track real capital-flow signals. It ingests leads from email/forms/CRM, enriches companies with corporate registry and sanctions/PEP checks, and scores each lead’s likelihood of becoming a real project (vs. tire-kickers, consultants fishing for incentives, or scams). The app also monitors capital-flow proxies—press releases, hiring spikes, import/export changes, shipping activity, and corporate filings—to alert teams when a company is quietly preparing to expand. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional workflows for pipeline management and compliance; AI for entity resolution (matching messy company names), lead summarization, and “next best action” suggestions (who to call, what to ask, what documents to request). The product is brutally practical: fewer vanity metrics, more proof-of-funds, decision-maker verification, and timeline realism. It produces an audit trail for leadership: why a lead was prioritized, what evidence exists, and what risks were flagged. This is not a magic “get more FDI” button; it’s a tool to stop wasting staff time and to surface the few deals that are actually moving.
