FeastFlow is a mobile + web app that turns a holiday meal into a realistic, minute-by-minute cooking plan. You pick the holiday, number of guests, dishes, oven/stovetop constraints, and serving time. The app generates a coordinated schedule (prep, cook, rest, reheat, plating) that accounts for shared equipment, dish dependencies, and “must be hot” timing. It also produces a consolidated shopping list with quantities, a prep-day checklist, and a live “kitchen mode” timer that adapts when you fall behind. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps parse recipes from links/photos and estimate timings, while the core scheduling engine enforces constraints. It’s built for home cooks who host once or twice a year and panic because everything finishes at different times. The goal is not fancy recipes—it’s execution without chaos.
