FeastPilot

FeastPilot is a mobile + web app that helps local Baha'i communities plan and run 19-Day Feasts with less last-minute scrambling. It centralizes the basics: schedule, host rotation, simple RSVP headcount, food coordination, readings/music lineup, and a lightweight agenda timer. It also supports multilingual announcements and creates a clean “print/share” view for people who prefer paper or WhatsApp. This is not trying to replace community life or add bureaucracy; it’s a pragmatic organizer for the recurring logistics that burn out the same few volunteers. The app includes optional AI assistance to draft announcements, suggest time-boxed agendas, and generate friendly follow-up messages—always editable and with clear disclaimers. The goal is fewer dropped balls, less awkward confusion, and more energy for the spiritual and consultative parts of the gathering.
