FeatherFix

FeatherFix is a mobile + web app for documenting bird-window collisions and converting them into practical fixes for homeowners, building managers, and campuses. Users log a strike in under 30 seconds (photo, location, window type, time, lighting), then the app generates a prioritized prevention plan: which windows to treat first, what product pattern density is likely needed, and low-cost steps (night lighting changes, feeder placement guidance). It also produces a simple “proof packet” (before/after logs, heatmap, and recommended materials list) that helps property managers justify budget and track impact over time. The AI component focuses on classifying window risk from photos (reflectivity, nearby vegetation, corner glass, night lighting cues) and estimating expected reduction from interventions. Realistically, adoption will be limited unless the app makes reporting effortless and the recommendations feel credible and local.
