Users sketch a causal loop diagram, then connect nodes to real metrics from tools like Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce, and Datadog. The app estimates loop polarity/strength, flags likely reinforcing “runaway” cycles, and suggests measurable interventions (e.g., throttle intake, add automation, change SLAs) with expected leading indicators. It also provides a lightweight “loop health” dashboard that tracks whether interventions actually break the loop over time. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for modeling, integrations, and dashboards; AI for diagram-to-metric mapping suggestions, anomaly explanations, and intervention playbooks. It’s built for pragmatic operators, not academic system dynamicists.
