FeederTwin
FeederTwin is a web + desktop (optional) tool that turns imperfect utility GIS/asset exports into a usable distribution “digital twin” for planning and modernization work. It ingests common formats (Esri exports, CSV, CIM-like tables), detects topology breaks (dangling nodes, duplicate IDs, phase mismatches), and produces a validated feeder graph with confidence scores. Users can run quick what-if studies—switch reconfiguration, DER interconnections, capacitor/regulator placement—and export to planning tools via standardized outputs. This is not a real-time SCADA replacement; it’s a pragmatic data-cleaning and model-building layer that utilities and consultants repeatedly rebuild by hand today. The product focuses on auditability: every inferred connection is traceable, reviewable, and reversible. Expect some manual review; the goal is to cut model build time from weeks to days, not to magically “fix” all data without human oversight.
