FeedFixer

FeedFixer is a mobile + web app that helps pig producers detect and reduce feed waste and out-of-spec feed delivery—one of the biggest, most ignored profit leaks on farms. It combines simple pen-side logging with optional IoT integrations (bin level sensors, auger run-time, scale tickets) to flag anomalies like sudden feed intake drops, feeder mis-adjustment, bridging, wet feed spoilage, and delivery mismatches. The app turns daily checks into a lightweight routine: record feeder settings, note fines/moisture issues, snap photos, and reconcile deliveries against expected consumption by barn/phase. An AI layer summarizes patterns and generates “likely causes” checklists rather than pretending to diagnose disease. Reports are designed for tough conversations with feed mills and transporters: time-stamped evidence, variance charts, and exception logs. It’s realistic: it won’t replace nutritionists or vet work, but it can stop silent losses that add up fast.
