FeedLedger

FeedLedger is a mobile + web app for fish farms that tracks feed usage by pond/cage, batch, and supplier lot, then flags abnormal feed conversion trends before they become expensive. Most farms still rely on paper logs or messy spreadsheets, so they can’t quickly answer: which batch is underperforming, which feed lot correlates with mortality, or where feed is being over-applied. Users log daily feed, biomass estimates, water notes, and mortalities in under 30 seconds per unit. The app generates simple FCR and cost-per-kg dashboards, plus alerts when a unit deviates from its own baseline (not generic benchmarks). It also produces audit-ready reports for buyers and certifiers. This is not a “smart pond” hardware play; it’s a disciplined record system that makes waste and inconsistencies visible, with optional AI anomaly detection to prioritize what to investigate first.
