FeedstockIQ

FeedstockIQ is a web + mobile AI app for biomass/biogas operators and feedstock buyers to quickly estimate methane yield, contamination risk, and delivered cost per kWh for incoming organic streams (food waste, manure, FOG, crop residues). Users enter supplier details, basic lab results (TS/VS, COD, fats), hauling distance, and price; the app outputs expected biogas yield ranges, digester loading impact, and a simple go/no-go score with assumptions clearly shown. It also tracks supplier performance over time by comparing predicted vs actual gas production and flags drift (seasonality, dilution, adulteration). This is not a “magic black box”: it’s a decision-support tool that reduces bad loads, renegotiations, and downtime. MVP focuses on fast intake decisions and supplier scorecards, not full plant SCADA replacement.
