FeedWatch

FeedWatch is a web app for monitoring and troubleshooting healthcare data interfaces (HL7 v2, FHIR, flat files) across hospitals, labs, and payers. Instead of being another integration engine, it sits on top of what you already use (Mirth/NextGen Connect, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, custom pipelines) and focuses on operational reliability: message-level observability, anomaly detection, and fast root-cause triage. It ingests logs and sample payloads, normalizes them into a searchable timeline, and highlights what changed (new segments, missing fields, code-set drift, sudden volume drops, latency spikes). It also generates incident-ready summaries for IT and vendor tickets, with clear evidence and reproducible examples. Reality check: selling into hospitals is slow and security-heavy, so the MVP should target interface teams and integration consultants who feel daily pain and can adopt without ripping out existing systems.
