FeeGuard

FeeGuard is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps sports agencies prevent missed or under-collected commissions across player contracts, endorsement deals, appearance fees, and NIL agreements. Agencies often rely on spreadsheets, inbox searches, and memory to track payment schedules, escalators, and contingent clauses—leading to silent revenue leakage and awkward client/vendor follow-ups. FeeGuard centralizes deal terms, generates a payment calendar, and reconciles expected vs. received payments by connecting to bank transactions and invoicing. It flags anomalies (late payments, partial payments, missing escalator triggers, incorrect percentages) and produces clean, client-ready statements. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI extracts key terms from PDFs and emails, but the core value is deterministic tracking and reconciliation. Realistically, it will live or die on integrations and trust, so the MVP should focus on a narrow set of deal types and rock-solid audit trails.
