Users upload a buyer’s order, screenshot a text quote, or forward an email; the app extracts line items (doc fee, add-ons, taxes, registration, financing terms) and flags common padding like mandatory accessories, inflated dealer fees, and rate markups. It then normalizes offers across dealers in the same state/county rules and shows a ranked comparison by true total cost, not monthly payment tricks. A negotiation mode generates a short counter message that asks for specific removals and requests an updated buyer’s order. The app also keeps a paper trail so users can catch last-minute changes at signing. This is an AI-assisted app (document parsing + anomaly detection) with traditional workflows for comparison and tracking.
