FeeLens is a web + mobile AI robo-advisor that builds and maintains a low-cost ETF portfolio while continuously auditing what you pay across brokers, funds, and cash drag. Users link accounts, set risk and constraints (ESG, exclusions, tax bracket, time horizon), and FeeLens recommends a target portfolio plus a “fee reduction plan” that swaps high-expense funds into cheaper equivalents and flags hidden costs (advisory fees, fund expense ratios, trading costs, and idle cash). It rebalances with guardrails and offers optional tax-aware harvesting where supported. The product is brutally transparent: it shows projected 10-year dollar impact of fees and slippage, not just percentages, and it won’t pretend to beat the market. Monetization is simple: a flat subscription or low AUM fee for automated execution; otherwise it can run in “advisor mode” with trade suggestions only. This is realistic value: saving users money is measurable.
