FeeSplitr

FeeSplitr is a web app (with optional desktop export tools) that standardizes and automates fee, carry, and expense allocations across club deals, co-investments, and multi-entity SPVs. Investment teams still track economics in messy Excel models and email threads, which leads to disputes, delayed closes, and quiet fee leakage. The app ingests term sheets, side letters, and fund/SPV structures, then generates a transparent “economics ledger” showing who pays what, when, and under which clause. It supports scenario comparisons (e.g., different break fees, monitoring fees, transaction fees, and offsets), and produces investor-ready statements and audit trails. This is an AI-assisted app: AI extracts key terms from documents, but calculations are rules-based and locked with approvals to avoid hallucinations. It’s realistic because it replaces spreadsheets without trying to replace lawyers or administrators.
