FeeTruth

FeeTruth is a web + mobile app that helps investors and advisors quantify the real, all-in cost of owning funds and managed portfolios. Users upload a brokerage statement PDF/CSV or connect via read-only aggregation, then the app normalizes holdings, maps each position to its expense ratio, trading costs proxies, cash drag, and advisory/platform fees. It outputs a single “All-In Fee Rate” and a dollar-cost projection over 1, 5, and 10 years, plus side-by-side cheaper alternatives (same category, similar risk) without pretending to be personalized financial advice. The product is intentionally narrow: fee transparency and cost comparison, not stock picking. It also generates a plain-English report users can share with an advisor or spouse. This is an AI + traditional app: AI is used for statement parsing and classification, while calculations and comparisons are deterministic and auditable.
