FeeXray is a web + mobile AI app that analyzes your brokerage statements and fund holdings to estimate the true all-in cost of investing: expense ratios, advisory fees, platform fees, bid/ask spread drag, and tax leakage proxies. Users upload PDFs/CSVs (or connect read-only via aggregator) and get a plain-English report showing where fees are coming from, how much they likely cost annually, and what lower-cost alternatives exist (e.g., comparable ETFs). It also flags suspicious patterns like frequent trading, high turnover funds, or layered fees in model portfolios. The app is not a trading platform; it’s a diagnostic tool that helps users make better decisions with their existing broker. Realistically, the hardest part is data normalization across messy statements and avoiding overpromising precision—so the product focuses on ranges, confidence scores, and transparent assumptions.
