FencePulse

FencePulse is a mobile + web app that monitors electric fence health and alerts you when a line is down, voltage is sagging, or a section is shorting out—before you discover it via escaped animals or overgrazed paddocks. It pairs with low-cost, solar-powered fence sensors placed at key points (end of line, problem corners, water crossings). The app shows a simple map of your paddocks, real-time voltage trends, and a “likely fault zone” estimate based on which sensors see the drop first. It also logs outages, helps assign fixes to staff, and keeps a maintenance history so you can stop repeating the same repairs. This is not glamorous software, but it targets a costly, everyday failure that directly impacts grazing plans, labor, and animal safety.
