FestKit

FestKit is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that centralizes film festival submissions, deliverables, and deadlines for indie filmmakers. It tracks each festival’s requirements (runtime limits, premiere status, formats, subtitles, stills, press kit, DCP specs), auto-generates a per-festival checklist, and keeps a single “master asset vault” so you’re not re-exporting or hunting links every time. It also logs submission fees, waiver codes, and outcomes to show what’s actually worth your money next time. This is a traditional app with a small AI layer: it can read a festival’s submission page/PDF and extract requirements into structured fields, then warn you about conflicts (e.g., premiere rules vs your release plan). It’s not a magic “get accepted” tool—just a practical ops system that reduces mistakes and wasted fees.
