FestKit
FestKit is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that acts as a submission ops hub for indie filmmakers. It tracks every festival deadline, fee tier, premiere-status constraint, and required deliverable (DCP specs, subtitles, posters, stills, dialogue lists) in one place. You upload your master assets once, then FestKit generates festival-specific checklists and a “ready-to-submit” package, including version control for cuts and subtitles. It also flags conflicts like premiere requirements, region restrictions, and overlapping screening windows. This is not a magical “get accepted” tool; it’s a workflow and risk-reduction tool that prevents expensive mistakes and last-minute scrambling. AI is used narrowly: to extract requirements from festival pages/PDFs, auto-build checklists, and draft cover letters without pretending to predict acceptance.
