FhirDiff is a web app for healthcare IT teams that continuously validates and reconciles data flowing between EHRs, labs, imaging, and downstream analytics systems. Instead of being another interface engine, it sits alongside existing integrations and compares what was sent vs. what was received, across HL7 v2, FHIR, and flat-file feeds. It flags field-level drift (e.g., missing LOINC codes, swapped units, truncated notes), detects mapping regressions after vendor upgrades, and produces audit-ready reports for compliance and incident response. The product focuses on pragmatic workflows: connect to message logs or queues, define “golden” expectations per feed, run scheduled checks, and open tickets automatically when thresholds are breached. It’s not glamorous, but it prevents silent data corruption—the kind that breaks quality measures, billing, and patient safety dashboards.
