FhirFixer

FhirFixer is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) that monitors, validates, and auto-triages HL7 v2 and FHIR message flows between EHRs, labs, imaging, and downstream apps. Instead of waiting for clinicians to notice missing results or failed orders, it continuously checks message conformance, required fields, code mappings (LOINC/SNOMED), and endpoint availability. When something breaks, it pinpoints the exact segment/resource, identifies the likely root cause (schema change, mapping drift, certificate expiry, throttling), and generates a clear, actionable ticket for interface teams. An AI assistant can propose fixes (mapping suggestions, transformation rules, test cases) but keeps humans in control with approvals and audit trails. The goal is fewer silent failures, faster interface troubleshooting, and less expensive consultant time spent chasing intermittent integration issues.
