FHIRRelay
FHIRRelay is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) that helps clinics and digital health vendors reliably exchange data when “FHIR-compatible” systems still break in real life. It sits between two endpoints and provides configurable mapping, validation, and monitoring for FHIR resources (Patient, Encounter, Observation, Medication, etc.). The product focuses on the unglamorous but constant problems: mismatched code systems, missing required fields, version drift (R4 vs R5), and silent failures. Users can replay failed messages, apply transformation rules, and generate audit-ready logs. An AI assistant can suggest mapping rules and explain validation errors in plain language, but the core is deterministic and testable. The MVP targets small-to-mid providers and health tech startups that can’t afford an enterprise integration team but still need dependable interoperability to keep contracts and avoid support escalations.
