FiberBidder

FiberBidder is a web + mobile app that helps property managers and small businesses get competitive bids for broadband/fiber buildouts and upgrades. Users enter an address, building details (units, MDF/IDF access, conduit status), desired service level, and timeline. The app generates a standardized scope-of-work packet and invites vetted local contractors/ISPs to bid in a structured format (labor, materials, permits, lead times, SLA). It flags missing info that typically causes change orders, and provides an apples-to-apples comparison view. The goal is not to “find fiber availability” (plenty already do that), but to reduce the expensive, time-wasting back-and-forth that makes installs drag for months. It also stores photos, site survey notes, and signed approvals so projects don’t stall when staff changes. Monetization: per-project fee or subscription for multi-property operators.
