FieldEval

FieldEval is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for seminaries to manage field education and formation placements end-to-end: site onboarding, supervisor agreements, learning covenants, hour logs, midterm/final evaluations, and compliance documentation. It replaces the messy reality most programs live in—email threads, PDFs, and spreadsheets—with a single workflow that students, site supervisors, and faculty can actually complete on time. The product focuses on boring but high-stakes administration: required forms, reminders, signatures, and audit-ready records. An optional AI layer can summarize qualitative evaluations into themes (strengths, growth edges, risks) and flag missing evidence against program outcomes, but it never “grades” students. This is not a spiritual-direction app; it’s operational infrastructure that helps formation staff spend less time chasing paperwork and more time mentoring.
