FieldLedger is a web + mobile operations app for high-end safari and expedition operators to manage the messy, high-stakes logistics that ruin trips: guest preferences, rooming, dietary/medical notes, vehicle and guide assignments, permit deadlines, supplier confirmations, and last-minute change control. It creates a single “trip bible” that works offline in the bush, with role-based views for HQ ops, guides, and ground handlers. It includes a structured incident log (injuries, delays, lost luggage) and a post-trip reconciliation workflow to match supplier invoices to what actually happened. This is not a consumer travel planner; it’s an internal tool that reduces expensive mistakes and frantic WhatsApp threads. AI assists by turning emails/PDFs into structured tasks and flags conflicts (e.g., guide overbooked, permit missing, dietary clash) before guests arrive.
