FillRateAI is a web app (with optional lightweight mobile companion) for small and mid-sized retailers, DTC brands, and distributors who keep getting blindsided by stockouts and promo spikes. Most forecasting tools learn from sales history, which is distorted when you were out of stock, had long lead times, or throttled ads. FillRateAI ingests order history, inventory levels, stockout periods, lead times, and promo calendars, then estimates “true demand” by correcting for lost sales and constrained supply. It produces SKU-location forecasts, reorder recommendations, and confidence bands, plus a clear explanation of what changed (promo lift, lead-time risk, supplier variability). The MVP focuses on quick integrations (Shopify, Amazon, NetSuite exports), simple workflows, and forecasts that are good enough to reduce emergency reorders—not academic perfection. It also flags when the data is too messy to trust, so users don’t make expensive mistakes.
