FillRatePro

FillRatePro is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for wholesalers and distributors who constantly juggle stockouts, excess inventory, and unreliable supplier lead times. It connects to your ERP/WMS and purchase history, then produces simple, supplier-ready reorder plans: what to buy, when, and in what quantities—based on service-level targets and real lead-time variability. It also flags items where the business is lying to itself (e.g., demand is too lumpy for min/max rules, lead times are unstable, MOQs break the plan). The AI component doesn’t “magically predict” demand; it focuses on probabilistic lead-time and demand ranges, and explains the drivers in plain language so planners can trust or override it. The goal is fewer expedites, higher fill rate, and less dead stock without a full-blown, expensive planning suite implementation.
