FindGapIA

FindGapIA is a web app (traditional + AI) that audits information architecture by combining clickstream analytics, on-site search logs, and your sitemap/navigation model to reveal where users are getting stuck. You import a sitemap (or connect to your CMS), connect GA4 and a search provider, and the app maps “intent → path → outcome” to highlight dead-ends, looping behavior, and high-demand content that’s buried or mislabeled. It generates a prioritized backlog: rename labels, add cross-links, adjust hierarchy depth, and create missing landing pages. The AI layer summarizes patterns and proposes IA changes, but every recommendation is backed by measurable evidence (drop-offs, internal search refinements, time-to-content). It also supports before/after tracking so you can prove whether an IA change reduced support tickets, improved task completion, or increased conversions. This is not a design tool; it’s an IA decision and measurement tool.
