FinePrintFix is a web + mobile AI app that helps consumers understand and act on their rights when dealing with subscriptions, refunds, warranties, and data privacy. Users upload or paste a receipt, cancellation page, email thread, or terms snippet; the app extracts key clauses (renewal terms, refund windows, arbitration, return shipping, data-sharing) and generates a plain-language summary plus a step-by-step action plan. It also produces ready-to-send messages for merchants and, when appropriate, a complaint packet for regulators (FTC/state AG) with a timeline, attachments checklist, and factual narrative. The app tracks deadlines (trial end, charge posting, return-by dates) and stores evidence in a tamper-evident log to reduce “he said/she said” disputes. It’s realistic: it won’t promise outcomes, but it will reduce confusion, missed deadlines, and poorly documented complaints—common reasons consumers lose.
