FinishLedger

FinishLedger is a mobile + web app for homeowners and small design/build teams to document interior colors and materials in a structured, searchable way. Instead of scattered photos, notes, and paint cans, you create a “finish record” per room: paint brand/code/sheen, wall prep notes, trim color, flooring SKU/dye lot, grout color, hardware finish, and where it was purchased. The app generates a shareable spec sheet for contractors and a maintenance list for the homeowner (what to buy for touch-ups, when to reseal, what cleaners are safe). It also supports quick “change logs” so you know what was installed and when—useful for warranty claims and resale. This is not a glam moodboard tool; it’s a practical system of record that reduces rework, wrong orders, and expensive do-overs.
