Fit2Bike

Fit2Bike is a mobile AI app that helps riders get a “good-enough” bike fit at home using their phone camera and a simple guided setup. It walks you through filming short clips from the side and front, then estimates key fit metrics (saddle height/fore-aft, handlebar reach/drop, cleat position guidance) and flags obvious red flags like excessive knee extension, hip rocking, or overly closed hip angle. It outputs step-by-step adjustment instructions tailored to your bike type (road, gravel, MTB, commuter) and flexibility goals, plus a before/after comparison so you can see changes. This won’t replace a professional fitter for complex pain or performance optimization, but it can solve the common “my knees/neck/wrists hurt and I don’t know why” problem for most casual-to-serious cyclists at a price far below a studio session.
