FitCheckIn

FitCheckIn is a mobile AI + traditional app that helps users understand and reduce body-image spirals without pretending social media and mirrors can be avoided. Instead of “love yourself” platitudes, it focuses on measurable patterns: what content, situations, and people reliably trigger shame, comparison, or compulsive checking. Users do quick check-ins (30 seconds) after common moments—trying on clothes, posting photos, gym sessions, dates—and the app builds a personal “trigger map.” An AI coach summarizes weekly insights and suggests realistic experiments (e.g., unfollow swaps, outfit planning rules, mirror-time limits, boundary scripts). A “Reality File” lets users store neutral evidence (doctor notes, strength milestones, comfort ratings) to counter distorted self-talk. It’s not therapy, but it’s structured self-monitoring with practical behavior changes that can actually stick.
