FitDuty

FitDuty is a mobile + web occupational health screening and early-warning tool for physically demanding workplaces (warehouses, construction, manufacturing). Workers complete a 60–90 second pre-shift check-in (sleep, pain hotspots, fatigue, recent incidents). Supervisors get a privacy-safe dashboard that flags elevated risk by team/role, not medical details, and suggests practical actions: task rotation, micro-breaks, warmup prompts, or a quick check by onsite safety staff. The app also tracks near-misses and discomfort trends to identify which tasks, times, or crews are driving injuries. It’s not a magic “AI doctor”—it’s a structured, repeatable process that helps companies catch problems earlier than incident reports and reduce lost-time injuries. Integrations export anonymized trends to existing EHS systems so it doesn’t become yet another silo.
