FitForDuty

FitForDuty is a web + mobile app for regulated employers to manage “fitness for duty” and health-and-safety compliance without drowning in spreadsheets and email. It centralizes medical clearance status, respirator/SCBA fit-test dates, drug/alcohol policy acknowledgements, return-to-work restrictions, and required training prerequisites. Supervisors get a simple green/yellow/red roster view by job role and site, while HR/HSE can request updates from occupational health providers via secure links and standardized forms. The system produces audit-ready evidence trails (who approved what, when, and based on which document) and sends escalating reminders before expirations. It’s not a full EHS suite—by design—so setup is lightweight for mid-sized organizations that can’t afford enterprise platforms. Expect heavy compliance expectations: encryption, access controls, and clear data retention policies are mandatory to win trust.
