FitLace is a mobile + web AI-assisted fit and returns-reduction app for lingerie and sleepwear brands. Shoppers answer a short fit quiz, optionally upload two guided photos (fully optional), and get a size recommendation per brand plus “fit confidence” and sister-size fallbacks. It also flags common issues (band rides up, cup gaping, strap slip) and suggests specific styles (plunge, balconette, wireless, bralette) that match their shape and comfort preferences. For brands, FitLace plugs into Shopify to show recommendations on product pages and captures post-purchase feedback to continuously improve sizing models. The brutal truth: lingerie returns are expensive and sizing charts are unreliable; most brands can’t afford in-store fit experts. This tool is a practical middle ground that improves conversion and reduces returns without pretending to be perfect body-scanning magic.
