FitLedger is a web + mobile AI app for luxury outerwear and tailoring brands to reduce costly remakes, returns, and client dissatisfaction caused by inconsistent fit across ateliers, seasons, and fabrics. It captures standardized measurement sets, alteration outcomes, and fit feedback per client and per pattern, then turns that history into actionable guidance for cutters and sales associates. The app generates a “fit risk score” for each order based on fabric behavior, construction type, and past alteration patterns, and recommends pre-emptive adjustments before cutting. It also supports in-store clienteling: a quick scan of a client profile shows preferred silhouettes, posture notes, and prior pain points (e.g., sleeve pitch, collar roll). This is not a consumer sizing app; it’s an internal operational tool that makes bespoke and MTM more repeatable without pretending to replace skilled tailors.
