FitmentProof

FitmentProof is a mobile + web app (traditional app with light AI) that helps car modders confirm wheel/tire fitment and brake clearance using real-world, photo-backed evidence instead of forum guesswork. Users pick their exact car trim, suspension setup, wheel specs, tire size, and brake kit, then browse verified installs from other owners with the same configuration. Each entry includes required notes (spacers, fender rolling, camber, rubbing at full lock, load, and ride height), plus a simple “confidence score” based on how closely the setups match. A lightweight AI component extracts wheel/tire specs from listing screenshots and parses user captions into structured fitment data, reducing the friction of contributing. The app also generates a shareable “fitment card” for shops and sellers, and flags common incompatibilities (center bore, bolt pattern, offset extremes).
