The app scores items from partner retailers/rental shops on fit likelihood, alteration risk, and appropriateness, and flags common failure points (jacket shoulder width, trouser break, dress length, shoe comfort). It also generates a simple tailoring plan with expected cost and turnaround, so users stop buying items that can’t be saved in time. Monetization: affiliate commissions + retailer SaaS widget that embeds the fit/alteration score on product pages. This is not a “virtual try-on toy”; it’s a decision tool tied to real constraints: time, tailoring, and returns.
