FitSpec

FitSpec is a web app (with optional Shopify app) that helps small-to-mid fashion brands reduce returns by turning messy customer feedback into actionable fit and pattern changes. It ingests return reasons, size exchanges, reviews, and support tickets, then clusters issues like “tight in bicep,” “waist gapes,” or “runs short” by SKU, size, fabric, and factory batch. The app outputs a clear “fit bug report” with suggested measurement adjustments (e.g., +1.5cm at hip for sizes M–XL), confidence levels, and before/after tracking. It also generates a standardized fit survey link for post-purchase data collection and a simple dashboard for merchandisers and pattern makers. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional pipelines for data and reporting, AI for text clustering and fit-issue summarization. It’s not magic—garbage data will limit results—but it can meaningfully cut guesswork.
