FixBeacon

FixBeacon is a mobile + web app for sports venues to log, triage, and verify facility issues fast (broken lights, leaks, unsafe flooring, dirty restrooms, damaged nets). Staff or members scan a QR code posted in each area to submit a report with photo/video, location auto-filled, and urgency tags. The system routes tickets to the right team/vendor, sets SLAs, and tracks time-to-fix. After completion, a supervisor verifies with a quick checklist and “after” photo, creating an audit trail for insurance and compliance. An AI layer clusters repeat issues (e.g., recurring HVAC faults), suggests likely root causes, and flags hotspots by zone and time. The goal isn’t fancy analytics—it’s fewer closures, fewer refunds, and fewer angry reviews by making maintenance accountability unavoidable and measurable.
