FixFlow

FixFlow is a mobile + web app that helps cities and utilities triage infrastructure issues (potholes, broken lights, blocked drains, damaged signage) with evidence, location accuracy, and clear ownership. Residents or field staff submit a report with photos/video; the app auto-extracts the asset type, severity signals, and a confidence score, then routes it to the right department/contractor based on GIS boundaries and asset registries. The system reduces duplicate tickets by clustering reports and tracking status updates back to the public. The realistic value is not “AI magic”; it’s cutting noise and manual sorting that currently wastes staff time and delays repairs. FixFlow also provides a lightweight dashboard for supervisors: backlog, SLA risk, hotspot maps, and contractor performance. It integrates with existing 311/CMMS systems rather than trying to replace them, because replacement sales cycles are brutal.
