FixFlow

FixFlow is a mobile + web app that helps cities and residents report, verify, and route “last-mile” urban issues—potholes, broken streetlights, illegal dumping, blocked drains—without drowning staff in duplicate tickets. Residents submit a photo and location; the system clusters nearby reports, checks for duplicates, and creates a single prioritized work order with clear evidence. City staff get a lightweight dashboard showing hotspots, SLA timers, and contractor assignment, plus automatic status updates back to residents to reduce repeat calls. This is not a magic “smart city” platform—it’s a focused workflow tool that plugs into existing systems via CSV/API and can run even when a city’s IT capacity is limited. The goal is fewer phone calls, fewer duplicate tickets, and faster fixes with auditable proof.
