FixFlow is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that guides homeowners through common plumbing basics—clogged traps, running toilets, dripping faucets, low water pressure, and simple shutoff/fixture replacements—using structured checklists and photo-based identification. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: users answer a few questions, upload 2–3 photos, and the app generates a safe, tool-specific plan with time estimates, parts list, and “stop now” warnings when a job is likely to go wrong. The core value is reducing uncertainty: what part do I have, what tool do I need, and what’s the next step? It also tracks what you did (date, parts, photos) so future repairs are easier and you can hand off clean info to a plumber if you hit a wall.
