FixFlowOps

FixFlowOps is a web + mobile app for utilities and public works teams to coordinate post-incident infrastructure repairs (downed lines, broken mains, road washouts) when communications and data are messy. It provides offline-first work orders, damage triage, crew check-ins, asset location capture, and a simple “restoration clock” dashboard that estimates time-to-restore by feeder/zone based on actual field progress. The AI component auto-summarizes incoming field notes/photos into standardized damage codes, suggests parts/equipment needs, and flags schedule risks (missing permits, blocked access, no materials). It’s realistic: it won’t replace SCADA/EAM; it bridges the chaotic first 72 hours with lightweight coordination and auditable logs. Integrations are limited to essentials (GIS layers, basic export to EAM) to keep deployment feasible for mid-sized agencies that can’t afford massive enterprise rollouts.
